I'm drawing/painting like crazy again. School starts next week and I don't know how much time will I have for this. So many unfinished things...

Watercolour, coloured inks, white gouache and masking fluid.

A few things I learned:
- if you're using masking fluid, at least mask more rather than less.
- masking fluid _will_ rip your paper
- I hate gouache

Hahahahahaha! Gouache can be the biggest pain in the butt to use, I swear XD. But WOW, the light in this is fantastic. I love how dappled it feels, perfect for a sunny field, and your colours are so fresh and light... I am totally envious of your ability to paint in watercolours. They're a tough paint to use, and you seem to have such a deft hand with them.

Haha, actually this was one of my first tries at gouache as a "grown-up artist". I used it a lot when I was a kid, but the knowledge got lost somehow :lol: We're back together since.

Honestly, I'm pretty proud of this. Masking fluid *really* helped with the dappled light. Also, to be honest, this is more coloured ink than watercolour. That stuff's great. Similar to watercolour, but with a few extra perks (and the disadvantage of less texture and gradients are a bit more difficult to make). I need to stop ranting about media when nobody asked, damn it!

Love your watercolors skill - and hate gouache too. Especially the grass and leaves are so beautiful, style-wise and color-wise :)

Thank you! Coming from you, it really means a lot. (You know, my "dream" is to be a comic artist but somehow my style does completely different things no matter how I try... I guess it's just not meant to be). I had a lot of fun in your gallery.
