scandalous fashion

Inspired by this excellent stock photo: [link] by I didn't go for likeness this time, I just went with the attitude it inspired. This elegant lady wears a lyre bird, which picks up and imitates various sounds from its environment (check it out! [link] ). Who knows what this bird learned, to startle her owner like that!

I didn't paint this now. I worked on it over the summer, improving and tweaking bits and pieces. I'm still far from satisfied with it, but I can't paint digitally anymore. My tablet makes it almost impossible, I have to press SO hard to make any lines appear, it's hurting my hand So, here it is.
